Many owners want to install home theatre systems, home automation, lighting management, security and HVAC systems all integrated in a BMS. Simultaneous they want Eco-friendly houses and meet the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standard. It is about protecting natural resources and improving the built environment, so that ecosystems can prosper. That´s a challenge for Technology Industry in this field.  

Luxury Villas are typically larger. Our Electrical Engineering undertakes the design installation and commissioning. We use our own in-house team and partners from start to finish, so that Clients can be sure of high-quality service. The use of natural lighting and radiant temperature control is preferred because of its ideal delivery for temperature or light.
